It has been eventful!

Rain or shine, beautiful beach or typical English garden scene, manor house or gigantic arena premises – Kelkkaprojekti has again been visiting them all these past months. We are grateful to our customers for the opportunity to design such a diverse range of events. In some occasions, we are the visual partner and some others, we are the strategic partner for the overall experience alongside our customers in creating a memorable evening, expo stand, or an inspiring seminar day. The best compliment we’ve received is that whenever someone isn’t quite sure who to call, they call us. Or ghostbusters.

The aim and agenda of all these events were quite similar but the styling and interior design of them, could have not been more different. These events were held for a very good reason; to celebrate, entertain and thank the employees. Some occasions included the mid-day seminar sessions too.

The hardworking and important internal customer crowds were treated with a thoughtfully designed setting that reflected the nature of the event, delicious meals and participative activities that suited the audience, venues and themes. We always begin the planning process by understanding the venue and identifying our client’s goals for the event. Ideally, our guests go home with a warm feeling, thinking what a lovely evening it was—without really being able to pinpoint exactly why. These particular events during the past year were decorated for example with flowers inside pineapple vases, string lights, retro furniture, disco balls and impressive lighting – whatever the occasion and venue needed in each event. As the events took place in very various locations, also the feeling, attitude and atmosphere were all very different. From warm and beachy, to large arenas and manor house courtyards. Attention to detail, however, never changes. That is what we are known for. And the fact that a little magical sparkle for every sense is always present, in every event.
